Let's start with some history, because some part of the history would repeat!

In April, 2014 BJP led NDA created history by winning 336 seats out of 543 contested seats. These were enough for BJP to form the government without any external support.

Two major factors BJP cited for their victory were:

1. Narendra Modi's Charisma, and his role in developing Gujarat.
2. Amit Shah's strategic mind.

BJP came into power riding on the promises of bringing back the black money stashed in tax havens, bringing Lokpal into power, and implementing Gujarat model across India. However, BJP couldn't deliver on any of its promises after 1 year into power. Then, to make the matters worse for BJP, 15 states would head into Assembly elections in 2016, and losses in these states could jeopardize BJP's next term. But, they found an Ace card!

They tried out EVM hacking very strategically [ Steps defined later ]. So, in summary, if BJP successfully hacked the EVMs, there are three factors attributable to BJPs success in these 15 states:

1. Narendra Modi's Charisma, and his role in developing Gujarat.
2. Amit Shah's strategic mind.
3. EVM hacking.

If you are still reading, then I believe you are a rational personal who appreciate and respect others' opinions. 

Opposition cried foul, and alleged that EVMs were hacked. But, Modi government was too powerful to be challenged by any department. However, one man (Arvind Kejriwal) persisted, and kept bringing the EVM hacking agenda up. I believe, Arvind Kejriwal has a critical role in the EVM hacking scam (if there's any). Now the question arises, did BJP hack EVMs first time ever in 2016? The answer is NO, it was before that. My theory is, BJP tested EVM hacking first time during Delhi Assembly elections to help AAP win. It was a very safe plan, which created a win-win situation. Here's the strategy that I mentioned above:

1. Delhi is a Union Territory, and Delhi's government doesn't have enough power to execute any strategies. A loss here wouldn't mean you lost power.
2. In case, it is found out that EVMs were hacked, blame would shift to AAP and Arvind Kejriwal. 
3. If everything goes as per plan, BJP can hack EVMs for the upcoming elections as per their strategy for that state.

AAP won the election with a huge majority, and they themselves were surprised by such a splendid show. However, they decided to enjoy the win, and haven't yet realized what happened behind the scenes.

If anytime before 2019 elections, EVM hacking is exposed, it would trace back to Delhi elections in 2015, and would tarnish AAP and Arvind Kejriwal's reputation.

Now who do you think would win 2019 elections? It's pretty conclusive that BJP would form government in 2019 yet again, unless EVM hacking scam is unearthed. But, the way, things work in India, that day may never come. BJP and INC may trade this formula for hacking EVMs amongst themselves for their political gains.

At the end, I would like to state that above scenario is my personal theory (based on my ability to spot anomalies), and if this becomes true, it would be a pure coincidence.
